Regardless of whether said attributes are true or not, I believe that I am a "doer" and I always try to deliver practical and reliable legal advise in a cost and time efficient manner. I am primarily active in the fields of contract and company law, with special emphasis on matters aligning or involving intellectual property rights, trade secrets, and know-how. Within my fields of expertise I also assist my clients in litigious matters.I have substantial experience from drafting and negotiating inter alia license and R&D agreements as well as agreements concerning joint ventures, distribution, franchising and outsourcing arrangements. I have also for many years assisted clients within the advertising, entertainment and design industries in various matters, including infringement, regulatory and market law matters. Having a special interest in company law, I also frequently assist small and mid-sized companies in mergers and acquisitions and with shareholder and partnership agreements.
