Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical system.- Prepare maintenance report.- Implement safety and improvement modification for facility and plant equipment.- Perform failure analysis and troubleshooting of test related issues.- Carry out inspection to ensure smooth workflow of all equipment in production.- Responsible for trouble shooting of 7500 kilowatts induction furnace used in steel manufacturing.- Conduct monitoring for water temperature and pressure of furnace; also conduct mechanical trouble of furnace when necessary.- Responsible for the electrical trouble shooting of overhead cranes such as:50 tons main hoist and 20 tons auxiliary10 tons main hoist5 tons main hoist- Responsible for electrical trouble shooting of continuous casting control and other parameter.- Operator at billet discharged rolled table for continuous casting.- Perform quality control analyst for sampling of moulded metal and steel billet.
