CurrentFor institutions needing to gain independence, strengthen their risk management, or reallocate employee resources, zeb will perform the following risk management functions: • Primary expert of Risk Management at strategic and operational level• Building a risk aware culture within the organisation including appropriate education• Identify, measure and handle all exposure of potential loss, for example market risk, credit risk, operational risk and so called pillar II risks • Operational risk is handle through:- Incident reporting- Development of key risk indicators- Self assessment processes- Analyze implications of new products, services and organizations • Develop an ICAAP Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) where both risk and capital aspects are taken into consideration• Develop Risk Management policies • Deliver risk reports to the Board of Directors and management• Assist the organization in the CAD reporting to the SFSA• Monitor the exposures and report them to the management• Participate in the annual report work with responsibility for the Risk Management and CAD chapter• Cover and update the organization regarding updates concerning laws, rules and regulations revolving Risk Management
