Impact of conjugation of antibodies on their interaction with antigen on living cells:This licentiate project investigated how a proteinconjugated in multiple different manners obtains altered functional profiles. A broadapproach was applied where a range of different common conjugations were tested onmultiple antibody-antigen interactions.
