Helped launch and subsequently served as the CFO & COO of Friends At Work, an entertainment and social impact company that supports the activities and careers of prominent artists and activists, including John Legend. Responsible for all aspects of operations, finance, strategy and business development, and positioned the business for growth, stability and profitability.

Served in various interim management and leadership roles on corporate restructuring assignments. From 2008-2015, played a key role in the aftermath of the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy, serving as COO & CFO of Lehman’s Real Estate Group which controlled, stabilized, managed and ultimately liquidated a $40 billion portfolio of global commercial real estate projects for the benefit of Lehman creditors. Supervised a team of over 75 real estate professionals and reported directly to the Lehman Board of Directors which praised my approach to portfolio management and value creation. Other clients with A&M involved restructuring companies in household and consumer products, mortgage banking, and single family real estate development.
