I was promoted from Lead to Director to reflect my increased responsibility, expectations and results across the s360 group. My primary focus was still advising our clients on the most impactful marketing approaches in an actionable and transparent manner while empowering my colleagues and s360 as an organisation.

I received a promotion as recognition for my results and drive to deliver the best outcome for our clients and s360 (including my colleagues). This meant an increased set of expectations on the quality and impact of my advice (strategies, actionable roadmaps etc.) externally and internally. I was increasingly involved in s360's international efforts across our various offices, supporting them in delivering impactful strategies and outcomes for our international clients.

I joined s360 due to the inspiring vision for the organisation, people and s360's incredible drive to become the best in digital marketing. When I joined, we were ~70 colleagues across Denmark and Finland. Today (2024), we have +300 colleagues across DK, SE, NO, FI, NL and UK.
