• Drafting & filing of application for Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process u/s 7, 9, &10, Liquidation and Voluntary Liquidation u/s 33 & 59 of IBC, 2016, Merger Scheme Applications under Companies Act, Compliance work for the Registrar of Companies for Appointment of New Directors and appearing before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal.

• Assisted in Handling and Drafting of Petitions, Reply/Rejoinder, Summary Suits, Notice of Motion and Chamber Summons in matters pertaining to Director Disqualification u/s 164 of Companies act, 2013 and also matters pertaining to Union of India at Bombay High Court and NCLT. Appeared before the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay and NCLT.

• Drafting Legal notices, applications, Bail Application, Complaints u/s 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act and also in matters pertaining to Family Law and Visiting the Court for Civil and Criminal matters. Coordination with Clients for information and updating them about the progress of the matters.

• Drafting and Researching legal notices, documents and Consent Agreements in Family matters especially Domestic Violence, Drafting Bail Application & filing complaint u/s 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, Court Visits for the above mentioned matters to CBD, Thane, Bandra and Bombay High Court also attended client meeting and coordinated the same.

• Managing the site Civil Construction Projects for Industrial Sectors in MIDC, and Various Multinational Companies. Meeting and updating the progress of the project to the Plant heads and the Top Executives of the company. Presenting Work schedule to the Top executives of the Company.
