Designed and implemented a market research strategy for a German consumer tech company planning to expand to the US. Did over 150 market research interviews remotely. Analysed results and presented them in a comprehensive manner to the executive team at the end of the project.

Developed the makeup brand "Banana Beauty" for an e-commerce holding company specialized in influencer marketing. Conceptualized, created and translated copy for international Tourism Marketing Campaigns (EN/DE) for the "Inspiration" part of the app with more than 1 Mio. active users. Engaged in communications with partners like Deutsche Bahn, Tyrol Tourism, Switzerland Tourism and more. Planned routes for hiking, cycling, race biking & mountain biking.

Produced sponsored event “Morning Freshness” for British event brand. Responsible for setting up the logistics and venue infrastructure in Berlin, sourcing and hiring over 40 members of the event team. Served as interface for communication between founding team in London, marketing agency in Düsseldorf and event sponsors in Paris. Conceptualized and executed vast social media campaign to activate the Berlin community. The event was a massive success and lead to further cooperation between Florette and MGV.

Planned and operated non-alcoholic nightlife events in Berlin. Sourced and hired event team. Established sponsor partnership with Fritz Kola, Krombacher & Vöslauer. Planned and executed event marketing & ticket sales, produced content for social media, established PR relations with "Mitvergnügen", Tagesspiegel, VICE magazine, BLN FM radio.

Part of scaling the "Inspiration" page of the app from 30 to over 200 collections (content pieces). Responsible for the content plan and managing of more than 16 freelancers. Conceptualized, created, proof-read and translated copy in German and English. Analyzed performance of content and shaped the editorial plan accordingly. Created sponsored content for B2B customers like Deutsche Bahn, MySwitzerland, Schweizer Bundesbahn, BMC and more.
