Prior to my current role, I spent 12 years at Oracle specializing in databases and middleware and finally Hyperion infrastructure, which provided a solid foundation for my expertise in IT infrastructure, before moving into managerial roles.Currently, I lead an IT team based in Manila, supporting over 200 consultants across multiple countries. My role has evolved to focus on cloud adoption, cost optimization, and crafting IT strategies that align with our business objectives—ensuring scalable and secure technological advancement.As a leader, I am trusting, delegating and supportive, enjoying working with knowledgeable professionals at all levels. I focus on providing support when needed without micromanaging.
