Engagements include work in venture debt, M&A advice, commercial due diligence for private equity company, strategy study and manager for hire (CEO-level) at technology start-up, turn-around and capital reduction strategy for mid-sized manufacturer of paper material, manager for hire for AIM-listed investment company, business plan review for start-up in wind energy solutions, and more.

Started a production planning software company based on some IPRs aquired from i2 Technologies. Successfully developed, sold and implemented the software to several large food and beverage companies in North America and Europe.

Co-founder and owner of ROCE Partners, a leading supply chain management consulting company with about 30 employees in Sweden, Finland and the USA. ROCE Partners helps large manufacturing companies restructure their supply chains with the help of effective IT solutions. ROCE Partners is a strategic partner to i2 Technologies (now JDE) and SAP AG and a leading implementer of SCM solutions from these companies.
