I Aliquam Consulting AB får jag möjlighet att kombinera mina två senaste befattningar fast nu i egen regi. I tillägg får jag möjlighet att utveckla en verksamhet kring min tidigare forskning i larmhantering i kontinuerliga processer (se Silent Control). Jag har lång erfarenhet av att arbeta med samt hjälpa företag att implementera PLM, PDM, mobila arbetsorderhanteringssystem samt utföra kundanpassningar till dessa.

Som konsult på QCM hjälper jag företag att införa PLM system och anpassa det till existerande processer. Ofta innefattar ett PLM projekt att definiera och etablera en CM Standard, definiera och klassificera produkt och dokumentstrukturer samt identifiera, anpassa och dokumentera arbetsprocesserna. Min roll i ett PLM projekt är oftast att ta fram en kravställning mot systemleverantören, utbilda samt genomföra funktionstester för att säkra kvaliteten i systemleveransen.

Som verksamhetskonsult på Erisma Technologies har jag hjälpt företag att anpassa sina Mobigo system efter sina behov. Förutom förståelse för kundernas processer och rådgivning kring lösningar så har jag implementerat ny funktionalitet i SQL, javascript, VBscript och html.

- As System Engineer in Global Sales Item Management I have a unique competence in the tool chain and way of working in the Launch Project. I'm the first point of contact when any problem occurs and I guide how to find workarounds without causing further disturbance downstreams.I secure and protect the Congfiguration Management area from a business point of view by being involved in improvement projects and different governance forums. I participate in several improvements projects towards a lean Launch and Production flow. I have good knowledge of factory MRP and shop floor system management.- As Owner of the Product Customization Request (PCR) and SW approval System I'm responsible for strategy, to place and evaluate demands on improvements/modifications. I'm responsible to prioritize the backlog and approve the implementation specifications. I'm also responsible to keep stakeholders informed about updates, process changes and if needed plan and execute User Acceptance Tests.. - I have a pragmatic mindset that all systems should support the business processes and all processes should be lean, efficient and performed by the responsible organization. Suboptimization is almost considered a crime in my opinion. It is extremely important to always have a bigger perspective than one system or organization. Outsourced production also need extra care and understanding.- As Project/feature lead for minor projects I implemented solutions that would have been show-stoppers if they weren't succesful. Improved quality and improved efficiency.- Change Management is a big part of successful system implementation. I have planned, created material and educated the staff in several different improvement process and system improvement projects in both global and local organizations. I'm skilled in understanding the users need of information and to give support in a constructive way.

As CEO in such a small company I was involved in everything from development/programming to financing of the company. My main responsibility was presenting the company, promoting and selling our products. I was responsible for the finances, advetisement, the development strategies and the business model.

My first and only assignment on Epsilon IT was as Configuration Manager at Global Sales Item Management at Sony Mobile in Lund.As Configuration Manager I was responsible to create and release product structures required to secure production in factory. Keeping track of changes, securing that configuration is according to CM Standard, Market and Legal Requirements and Product Offering.
