Our primary customers are Danish wine and spirits retailers across Denmark, and our products are also available at select bars and restaurants.As Head of Marketing, Procurement & IT, I am a member of the executive leadership team, responsible for both strategic and operational aspects across multiple domains within the organization. My role encompasses overseeing marketing, e-commerce, procurement, purchases, logistics, project management, and IT service development in collaboration with external vendors.My overarching goal is to optimize the company's business processes, streamlining procurement processes, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and continually enhancing the company's IT systems.Some of my responsibilities are:• Planning, executing, and coordinating all company and brand marketing initiatives.• Overseeing marketing activities and reporting on key brand developments.• Maintaining and enhancing the company's websites, e-commerce, and digital presence.• Procuring products from suppliers based on strategic goals and inventory management.• Supply chain and shipping management.• Contributing to the evaluation of products and selection for the portfolio.• Responsible for Customer Relationship Management programme & sales planning• Monitoring leads and providing support to the sales team.• Overseeing development of IT (ERP, CRM, PIM, and B2B) systems.

Responsible for Marketing & Purchases in LAGO-import A/S & 1855 Cru A/S.My primary functions are both strategic and operational, with focus on management of our marketing activities, e-Commerce, websites, social media, events, purchasing, logistics and project management of IT-related activities.LAGO-import A/S works exclusively with the import of wine and spirits for resale to professional wine shops in Denmark. Furthermore, we sell our products to a very few of the best and most famous hotels and restaurants in Denmark. Our target groups are primarily leading wine shops. Through the years we have established a good and stable network of distribution consisting of more than 170 of the most respected wine shops in Denmark, these shops are in chains as well as being sole traders.We sell products of high quality and our branch is one of the leading companies in wines from leading European and oversees wine districts and a larger sale of spirits, especially Cognac, Armagnac, Rum and Malt Whisky from Scotland.

Also part of handling the yearly En Primeur campaign.1855 Cru A/S is a 100% danish-owned company established in 2012 by some of Denmark's most skilled and well-respected independent wine merchants, all of whom have a high professional level and extensive product knowledge.The purpose of the wine merchants' collaboration around 1855 Cru A/S is a common desire to supply their stores with an attractive product range, in "en primeur wines" and Grand Cru Classé wines from the Bordeaux region.It requires a lot of resources, and a certain financial strength, to "trade" these wines on the Bordeaux market, so that the wines can be offered locally by the country's wine merchants at competitive prices.
