Following the reorganisation of the group, i join the Rentabiliweb Marketing direction in order to develop the RTB activity of the company.Managing a team of 4 poeples, including a team leader and with the help of the Email Retargeting department, we created the first Mutli-Canal targeting solution.

Based on my success optimizing Mailorama activity. I have been given the responsibility of the Marketing and Acquisition department.With the help of my tremendous team, we entirely reinvented the customer acquisition flow, from Landing pages to Form A/B testing, going through Analytics, Retention Email and managing all the marketing budgets we reduced the eCPA, increased the customer value and retention and developed a new Web Analytics and A/B testing tool.

Recruited in 2012 by Rentabiliweb as a multi purpose consultant. I have been a part of an expert team with the responsibilities of managing all the Analytics / Marketing / Technical / Design and Business development aspects of several products in the group.I had the pleasure working both on b2c products including Purevoyance and Mailorama but also b2b with Rentabiliweb Telecom.

In 2008, seeing the popularisation of the Ad exchanges. I have been given the responsibility to investigate this market's potential. I quickly understood that this will become a big thing and convinced my direction to create an Ad network.I had the responsibilities of managing all the aspects of this project, from Business Developement, to Data Analysis, Media Buying, Campaign Management and Ad operation.During the first month, I created the seat, closing deals with all the potential partners , creating Optimization and Analytics, Sales, Media buying, Campaign Management and Ad operation process.After one month of activity, the project became a central operation in the company allowing me to recruit, train and manage a team of Ad operation and Salespersons.

In 2008, I have been recruited by Cyhawk Ventures in order to join Jottix Media, one of Cyhawk companies specialised in Multi-channel customers acquisition.Beside managing a $300k/month account on Google Adwords, I had the responsibility finding and managing new sources of traffic including Contextual, Search and Display.I had also the pleasure of working with several copywriters and designers in order to maintain a creative generic and branded farm serving all the media buyers and campaign managers.Based on the strong analytics skills I developed during that experience, I join the Email Marketing department in order to develop all the analytics and optimization aspect and take this department to a new level.
