Windows/PC Administrator• Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.• Discussing system and server upgrades with IT managers.• Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers.• Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users.• Troubleshooting system and server errors.• Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.• Monitoring and updating the Windows codebase.• Managing user access.• Monitoring system performance.• Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups. Network Administrator• Design and install well-functioning computer networks, connections and cabling• Perform troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long termefficiency of network• Inspect LAN infrastructure and fix minor or major problems/bugs• Test and configure software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices• Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement Server Administrator• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory• Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services• Familiarity with Microsoft O365 suite of products• In-charge in Server back-up, security administration, remediation and hardening• Experience with Network and Security procedures and standards
