I negotiate, draft, structure, and provide advice on NBCU's high-stakes, high value content distribution transactions across three lines of business: v/MVPD distribution, syndication of the Peacock direct-to-consumer streaming app to tech and CTV platforms, and FAST channel distribution. This includes negotiating full portfolio carriage agreements on behalf of the NBC and Telemundo broadcast television stations and NBCUniversal's entire national portfolio, including Bravo, CNBC, E!, The Golf Channel, MSNBC, Universo, NBCSN, Oxygen, Syfy, and USA. With respect to the Peacock direct-to-consumer app, my work includes securing, maintaining and managing platform syndication across all of the major tech platforms (Amazon, Roku, etc.), content acquisitions, and negotiations with other potential partners. I also serve as commercial/business lead on NBCU's distribution transactions in Peacock and FAST licensing with one of NBCU's largest tech partners.

I was responsible for negotiating cable, broadcast and digital distribution agreements on behalf of Univision, including OTT, TV everywhere, SVOD, clips, wireless and broadband content arrangements. My portfolio included the largest OTT, cable and satellite providers as well as a wide variety of digital platforms.

I represented companies and investors in a wide variety of private transactions including U.S. and international private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, asset acquisitions and dispositions, bridge financings, joint ventures, and secured and unsecured debt financing. I provided advice to companies and investors on a wide range of corporate governance, structuring, investor relations and disclosure issues.

I represented buyers and sellers in multi-billion dollar, high-profile public and private mergers and acquisitions transactions. I also represented issuers in initial public offerings.
