I have a wide knowledge of the full E2E design and development process, from vision and strategy all the way down to smallest detail facing the customer.This gives me a holistic understanding of the process and purpose why we do what we do, bringing company and customer value with efficiency, health and success.On top of working as designer in many forms I have been driving all kinds of projects, big and small. all with the same purpose, to improve process, tools and making people grow.As a leader I’m open and honest and believe in people, my approach is that everybody can grow and learn regardless of experience.
