Leading with a vision to foster inclusive music education, my role as Director at East Baton Rouge Parish School System has been pivotal in integrating ESL, 504, ESS, and economically disadvantaged populations into the arts. My commitment to high-needs and Title 1 schools reflects in the successful orchestration of programs that serve at-risk youth.Concurrently, as a Music Education Contractor with the NYC Department of Education, my expertise in curriculum development for grades 6-12 instrumental music ensembles has enhanced the performing arts landscape. Our team's dedication to educational excellence is evident in the growth of our music programs and the positive impact on students' lives.
