We help our clients monetize their investments, plan for succession, minimize risk, maximize value, and find the best structure for their specific situation. Our roster of accounts spans many industries, among them food and beverage, retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, logistics, real estate and construction, and service companies. I also serve on Fuller Landau’s food and beverage group.RESULTS: My proudest achievement at Fuller Landau is my impeccable record of completing transactions, of never having a client express anything but praise for the outcomes we deliver. RESPONSIBILITIES: Developed and implemented the business strategy to enable Fuller Landau to penetrate the Canadian mid-market and execute private company M&A and corporate finance transactions. Personally oversaw and participated in all aspects of acquisitions, divestitures and raising capital for a diverse roster of manufacturing, retail, real estate and construction, and service clients. RESPONSIBILITIES: I led a team in the planning, execution, marketing, and reporting on a variety of M&A transactions, including exercising due diligence to ensure each transaction produced the most beneficial outcomes for our clients.RESULTS: Through my leadership and hands-on involvement, our rigorous due diligence efforts resulted the acquisition of a large oil refinery by a major US private equity firm, an acquisition in the food services industry, and others in manufacturing, real estate and retail.

RESPONSIBILITIES: I was involved in the planning, execution and report writing for transactions requiring due diligence in the acquisition of a Russian mining company by a major Canadian public enterprise; the acquisition of a private company in the waste management industry; and a multibillion-dollar purchase in the steel industry. RESULTS: In addition to the successful fulfillment of my roles in the above transactions, I participated in the development of a data room and Confidential Information Memorandum to raise capital for a private company in bankruptcy, assisted the court-appointed monitors, and performed multiple acquisitions searches in various industries.
