Multimodal operations improvements.- Ports of Santos/SP, Paranaguá/PR, Suape/PE, São Luis/MA, Macapá/AP: Performed improvements in the ship and road cargo operations. Contract and manage road, fluvial and rail carriers for the best loading productivity and avoid ships demurrage.- Backload operations, match routes, fixed fleet, loader driver and other solutions developed (road, trains and river) to improve productivity and cost reductions.
