I am an analytical tester with a technical touch. I strive to stay planted in the many disciplines of a test analyst while building on my technical knowledge. This makes an exciting professional combination and it tickles my personal interest in all things technical.I have an analytical mindset which is quite handy in a QA role and a keen attention to details. I have a passion helping deliver quality and to give some extra value to the development process, I thrive in roles that allow me to use my skills in testing and quality assurance and apply it to the work of my team. I do what I can to apply my views and inputs from early feature design all the way to the finished product.I approach test analysis and design in a way that ensures comprehensive coverage of system functionalities while keeping it as simple as possible without compromising quality. I want to prepare and execute effective test strategies to features within my agile team, which contribute to my overall aim of keeping a high level of quality while also being flexible in my test approach to be as risk based as possible. This applies be it manual testing in diverse user interfaces, database queries, through testing tools or by doing automation.I like to work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders during feature development. In my work as a tester I like to think that I can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders enabling effective communication, documentation and alignment throughout the development. I also contribute to this by writing documentation or assisting with reviews making the features under development as accessible to users as possible.When possible I actively contribute to the improvement of processes, methodologies, and documentation standards. I do what I can to adapt quickly to evolving technologies and industry trends when I get a chance to use them. Summing up I reconsider myself a versatile QA professional who takes pride in helping my team deliver high-quality software.
