Leading a team of 8-10 function & system developers covering the complete infotainment area. Important tasks here are to enable the team to work efficiently and aligning with the rest of the organisation. As CEVT infotainment development was basically starting from a blank paper in 2014, a large part of the assignment has been to establish processes and way of working to enable the cooperation of the whole team (when starting we were 3, now we are 40+), some examples:- System and SW ESOW (Engineering statement of work, contract with supplier handling responsibility split)- Integration planning (Integration events, both plans, procedures and performing)- Physical and logical architecture- Issue management- Project reporting for my areaI was also leading all new projects and change requests coming in to our team and act as navigation function and system owner.

Project manager for navigation systems at VCC. Both new development and current systems. Work consist mainly of leading a cross functional team including suppliers to provide navigation systems at VCC. As a feature team leader I am responsible for the complete delivery from concept development to industrialisation, launch and maintenance after launch. This includes the following roles: - HMI - Function development - System development - Testing In average, during the project, the team have consisted of 5-8 people. As feature team leader I have been the interface to all parts of the organisation that interfaces with navigation (30-50 other roles). I am also the main interface to our suppliers within the Navigation area (mainly Japanese and European) and I have spent long time in technical and commercial negotiations to ensure our deliveries. During this assignment I have been responsible for the development of two complete navigation systems from concept to launch and maintenance.

Working as responsible for all our products in the MOST area. Part of my time I also work with contracting in the area of MOST, Infotainment System Architecture and Navigation systems.Specific development project:Lead a team of developer in three different locations to produce small series of specialist tools for MOST. The team was spread out between Gothenburg, Sweden, Detroit, USA and Adelaide, Australia. This was a very challenging but stimulating task to lead a team that during most of the time never met in person. Also with challenges and benefits of working in very different time zones. These projects contained small series tool development and production of physical parts (plastic, cables, PCB, etc.) SW and documentation.
