Elemental Adventure is a small entrepreneurial company that has been involved in the ski industry for nearly two decades and know the world of heli-skiing inside out. Elemental Adventure is specialised in organising exceptional heli-ski adventures to some of the world's most powder-blessed mountains. They strive to provide not just mind- blowing heli-ski and heli-boarding experiences but equally, ones that are unique travel and cultural experiences. Operating within a small entrepreneurial company allowed me to utilize my diverse skill-set and apply it to different areas of the business. By working across most areas of the company I have gained a great sense of how a business is run and how different departments correlate.

My responsibilities ranged from communicating with our clients on a daily basis to analysing the business’s KPI's. One of my main tasks were to make cultivated decisions based on the KPI's to grow and drive the business forward. A large part of EA’s business is its strong and effective relationships with its partners. By finding more effective ways of communicating as well as building new relationships I was contributing to EA’s continuous success.

Camp Coordinator- Responsible of organising and running camps for over 900 exchange students in New York and Washington D.C.Ambassador- Interviewing students who are interested in taking part of high school exchange programs.Flight & Logistics Coordinator- Responsible of organising and booking international and domestic flights for approximate 700 students as well as communicating with partner organisations, embassies and hotels regarding international departures and arrivals.Skills:Organising camps for 900 exchange students in NYC and Washington D.C. required a lot of patience, problem-solving skills and time management. Interviewing and evaluating students interested in student exchange programs has further developed my decision-making skills. In addition, being responsible for booking flights, communicating with partner organisations, embassies and hotels, has given me great communication and organising skills.

Supporting customers in their purchases of ski equipment, in one of the largest ski stores in Gothenburg, as well as organising bookings and maintaining the equipment at the ski rental store. Further enhanced my task-priority and time management skills dealing with an excessive amount of bookings and customers during the peak seasons. Through this, I have developed a keen eye for detail in addition to the ability to take care of key assets to the business ensuring top quality customer satisfaction.

Responsible for customer service, sales, opening/closing of the store as well as promoting the brand. Communicating with customers from different backgrounds taught me a lot about intercultural communication and being part of the company’s internal sales competition enhanced my sales skills and made me extremely goal-oriented.
