In my job as an analyst here at Creuna, I work on a daily basis with all parts of analytics for all our clients.KPI definition, Tag Manager setup and configuration, regular analytics script setup, analysis, optimization and dashboard creation.

Handle large analytic accounts for customers like, GE Money Bank, Sandvik Coromant, Volvo Trucks, AB Volvo, Volvo Cars, Gina Tricot and Ascom.Development of KPI framework based on the clients requirements.Implementation of Clickstream data tool tracking code such as Google Analytics and Adobe Omniture SiteCatalyst. Both the actual tracking code and the logic when the tracking code should be fired. For example the client wanted to know if the visitors read and consume the content. I wrote a small JavaScript code that fired the analytics code when the visitor scrolled more than 90% of the page.Analysis of existing implementations.I work closely with UX teams to give them input and test their hypothesis. I conducted an analysis of a hotel site. The UX had a hypothesis that the visitors are looking for prices. I analyzed the statistics and found proof that the hypothesis was correct and the UX team could proceed with their work based on proof instead of gut feeling.Creation of reports and dashboards.The majority of all clients I work with need reports. All from low level reports to executive reports. These reports can differ from Excel report with graphs (Dashboard) to PowerPoint report with graphs and analysis.Educate the clients in Click stream data tools such as Omniture SiteCatalyst and Google Analytics.

Lead of various campaign projects for Volvo Trucks. I had a central role when Volvo Trucks launched new products. My assignments were to conduct and delegate tasks.

Setup of monitoring tools like Radian6 and Sysomos.Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring’sAnalysis of what and where in the Social Media space there is talk about the client. Actively scanning what the buzz is about and take action depending on the sentiment. The assignments were to be a safety net, collect the postings that stood out and report to the client with findings.

Mainly supporting Volvo Trucks Web Information Managers in their daily work. My tasks was varying and could be html, CSS, JavaScript development, add content to their web sites and training them in various CMS systems like EPiServer, Microsoft Sharepoint (MOSS).
