I am a highly educated and qualified leader with 20+ years of experience making teams and organisations stronger - personally driven by a passion for contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals for a better future for people and planet. My core strength is strategy implementation based on visible leadership, proactive communication, enabling HR, work plans with clear targets, and on financial discipline and reliable reporting.Colleagues would describe me as professional, customer-centric, systematic, unrelenting, result oriented and very loyal; as someone who has a great sense for strategy, details and structure, yet able to demonstrate oversight and leadership, be flexible, and deliver high quality output; and as someone who listens, is optimistic by nature and has very sound judgement. I am motivated by action and thrive with tight deadlines, travel voluntarily and operate well in foreign countries and cultures.
