Currently a Engineering Manager for one high performing dev team at ABAX. Previously managing two dev teams I've pivoted to managing one since August 2021. Thus enabling me to be more hands on with developing and maintaining services and code myself as well, in addition to increased focus on the team and team members.I am highly motivated by having the chance to drive a team of motivated developers, but also actively taking part in design sessions and discussions. Making sure everything from pipelines in Gitlab, dashboards and monitoring in Datadog, documentation and more are up do date and functioning properly.When time allows it I also love upgrading older services with new frameworks and packages, writing tests and refactoring code. I was primarily a developer, but got and took on various responsibilities, ranging from team lead, configuration manager / build engineer and defect manager.I am a “jack of all trades, master of none”. I am adaptable and can take on many challenges. I am a sociable person and enjoy working in teams, but also self going. I take initiative and look for opportunities to deliver more than what is expected of me.I value a good working environment where everyone are included and treated with respect. Also having a learning culture and a blameless work environment where one strives to learn from failure rather than blame. I value honest and open communication and feedback.
