The Association of Former Japanese Government Scholarship Recipients in Western Amazon (AMEOJAPÃO) was founded on February 15, 2008, and is located at the Consulate General of Japan in Manaus. I am a founding member; from 2008 to 2010, I served as President, leading the Association's activities in Manaus. Subsequently, I continued as a volunteer, assisting with organization and presentation of lectures, as well as supporting the activities of the Consulate General of Japan in Manaus. Between 2024 and 2025, I will be serving as the Social Director, responsible for developing and updating the association's website , organizing lectures, and other social activities in Manaus.

From May 2010 to March 2024, I accumulated 12,459 hours of extensive academic experience, supervising interns, mentoring final research projects, and instructing a diverse range of courses. These included Introduction to Industrial Engineering, Strategic Planning, Quality Management, Solidarity Projects, Industrial Organization and Administration, Product Management, Professional Ethics, and Technological Innovation Management.Between 2011 and 2014, I served as the coordinator of the Industrial Engineering Course, overseeing the collegiate body, enhancing curricula, workloads, and teaching plans. I collaborated with department heads to strategically schedule course offerings, provided guidance and mentorship to students, ensured compliance with norms and procedures, advised administrative bodies on course matters, coordinated student enrollment, and updated the pedagogical project, fostering active involvement from faculty and students.From 2015 to 2018, as vice chief of the Industrial Engineering Department, I developed and led the implementation of the Department's Strategic Plan, represented the department head, provided leadership, supervision, and support to faculty, students, and staff. I contributed to the annual activity report, submitting it for approval, and proposed personnel decisions, including hiring and dismissals, to the Department Council.In 2012, I was a member of the Commission responsible for establishing the Industrial Engineering Department. Between 2012 and 2014, I served on the Extension and Internationalization Committee of the Faculty of Technology at UFAM.On three occasions, I chaired the Electoral Commission overseeing elections for the positions of Coordinator and Vice Coordinator of the Industrial Engineering Course at the Faculty of Technology, UFAM.From 2004 to 2014, I developed and implemented a Strategic Plan and various projects for the non-governmental organization Alternativo de Petrópolis.

In partnership with the team & donors, designed, approved & implemented 4 projects in Manaus: 1) Education and Citizenship for the Community Service, approved in August 2006 by Brazilfoundation; Budget of R$ 12,500 to support the Pre-Entrance Exam, Cidade de Pedra Community Journal, and the implementation of the Petrópolis Socorro Chaves Community Library. By the end of 2007, more than 1200 residents had been served directly with this project; 2) Petrópolis Community Telecenter Dona Iracema da Silva, with support from Banco do Brasil in 2007. Afterwards, the project was supported by the Ministry of Communications through the Telecentros.BR Program, directly assisting more than 300 beneficiaries with a Basic computer course using Free Software; 3) Petrópolis Digital Entrepreneur Network, financially supported by Fundação Banco do Brasil, from October 2010 to April 2014, amounting to approximately R$91,100. The project qualified young and adults with courses related to Graphic Design, and Website Development, using Free Software(Gimp, Inkscape and Blender). Lectures on Software Livre and courses were also held at FUCAPI and UFAM universities, benefiting more than 200 in Manaus; 4) Education, Entrepreneurship and IT in Service to the Community, a project supported by the Inter-American Foundation, valued at approximately US$295,000. It was implemented between June 2010 and December 2012 and directly served hundreds of people living in Manaus city. The main actions of the project were: 4.1) Courses offered: English, Japanese, Spanish, Entrepreneurship, Development of Social Projects, Fundraising, Pre-Entrance Exam, Mini Entrance Exam, Brazilian Kitchen, Crafts with Egg Shell, Basic Computer course, Graphic Design, Website Development, etc. 4.2) Implementation of the Altpet FM Web Radio, with daily programs covering various topics; 4.3) Lectures on Environmental Education, distribution and planting of 750 trees; 4.4) Actions to encourage reading.

Alternativo de Petrópolis is a NPO that since 1988 supported low income people to have access to University in Amazon. I am one of the founder member and the first president elected in 2004.President (volunteer): In partnership with the team and community:1) performed participatory diagnoses in Petrópolis suburb; 2) elaborated and improved the NGO's Strategic Planning, and Projects; 3) Represented the NGO; 4) Contributed to the dissemination of the NGO's Mission, Vision, Values;5) Organized training for community managers and leaders; 6) formed partnerships with SENAC-AM, SENAI-AM, Churches, Schools, Micro-entrepreneurs and other public and private organizations; 7) helped in fundraising and projects implementation; 8) led the organization of events to disseminate science and technology to the population of the Petrópolis neighborhood and surroundings.

It was a temporary job to replace a manager who needed to complete her doctoral (PhD) course.As the Head of the Project Analysis Department, my main activities included: 1) Studying 43 programs of the Foundation; 2) Reviewing eight of the Foundation's notices; 3) Reviewing and approving researchers' requests to change project budgets; 4) Coordinating the receipt process, document analysis, and evaluation of research projects (1,128 projects analyzed: 797 from the Ciência na Escola Program, 161 from the Programa Pappe Subvenção FINEP-AM, 20 from the Centro de Biotecnologia da Amazônia, 12 from CENSIPAM-PROSIPAM, 11 from the Programa RH-Interinstitucional, 52 from PAREV, 22 from PAPE, 7 from Desenvolvimento Científico Regional, 21 from RH Interiorização, 10 from POSGRAD, 11 from RH Doutorado Fluxo Contínuo, 3 from Institutos Nacionais de Ciência e Tecnologia, and one from Temático de Mudanças Climáticas); 5) Representing FAPEAM at six events in the Amazon region; 6) Developing the Foundation's Annual Program Calendar; 7) Analyzing and preparing technical opinions; 8) Conducting Technical Visits to the financed organizations; 9) Providing Technical Guidance to the Foundation's researchers, Directors, and President.

From September 1997 until March 1998 prepared for the Gunma University`s Master Course Examination.From April 1998 until March 2000 realized the Master Course in Mechanical Engineering, defending the dissertation The Condition of TQM (Total Quality Management) in Japan's industries. From April 2000 until March 2003, realized the PhD Course in Industry Engineering, defending the Thesis A diagnostic study on the condition of TQM and ISO9000 in Japan industries and a business model for companies to achieve world class companies. Both studies were supported (survey answers) by 227 companies located in Japan and 118 companies in Brazil.
