Functioning as an internal senior consultant and advisor to managers through out Sweden. Different regions and their management have different challenges and shifts in seniority which challenges me to adjust the level of support, coaching and training to each situation. My own leadership experience (+10 years) and the combination of experiences in driving business and sales together with leadership and HR is a great asset in this work. In this position I am responsible for leading the Key Account Management work in Sweden. In this position I was in charge of the team of Key Account Managers working with the largest clients in Sweden. As a Group Key Acoount Manager I also had the responsibility for coordinating the sales tactics between the different countries in the group. As a Labour Law Manager I structured and built up the organization handling labour law related questions within Academic Work. The position included:-Structuring the documentation and processes regarding labour law within Sweden-Recruited and organized a network of Labour Law Specialists nationwide-Negotiations with the union, both local and central-Part of the delagation that negotiated the collective agreement for the industry-Represented Academic Work in the expert group of the Industry-Reported to the Group Management

As a Consultant Manager I was responsible for recruiting and manning the assignments that the sales department defined on our clients.After 6 months I was appointed Team Manager and was responsible for building a team of Consultant Managers in the area of Warehouse and Logistics.

In this role I worked on developing new products directed towards the private market based on the existing work at the clinic. The work included, analysis, marketing and sales.
