Evaluation of public policy programmes, public institutions and private companies. I work both with statistics and qualitative methods in order to measure performance and propose ways of improving the effect of the given initiatives. The educational sector and initiatives to improve integration has been my primary job assignments, although I also have touch upon evaluations of EU-initiatives, initiatives from the largest Danish labour organisation (DI) and employer organisations (LO) and more.
