Digital Marketing Manager (Expat Assignment)
CurrentDuring my assignment, I focused on digital initiatives to increase the CTA and upskill the organisation's capabilities in inbound marketing. I managed the content strategy for the Atlas Copco brand (Industrial Air) and 14 other brands. Over four years, my efforts led to an average annual growth of 49.7% in inbound revenue, with a total increase of 470%.I was the first to successfully pilot machine translation within the Atlas Copco group, turning a variable translation cost into a fixed cost, making it more predictable and increasing output. Additionally, I played a key role in establishing a new framework for branded websites, leading the first site to adopt this framework, which is now used organisation-wide.I planned, organised, and oversaw content implementation across brands and sites, gaining holistic experience in content management. Together with the VP, I developed analytical dashboards to demonstrate the value of digital marketing. I also managed a team and oversaw SEO and digital marketing improvements. Additionally, I was involved in seminars and presentations, preparing and delivering training sessions for both digital and face-to-face events. I conceived the idea of wiki videos, short informational videos that explain our technology and complement our SEO efforts. These videos have become some of the most viewed on the compressor YouTube channel.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:✅ Achieved an average annual growth of 49.7% in inbound revenue, +470% over four years. ✅ Piloted machine translation. ✅ Established a new framework for branded websites, adopted organisation-wide. ✅ Managed content strategy for multiple brands. ✅ Presented to large audiences. ✅ Conducted one-to-one audits, analysing digital marketing activities. ✅ Managed a team and oversaw SEO and digital marketing activities. ✅ Developed the concept of wiki videos, some of the most on the compressor's YouTube channel.
