I worked in the Electrical & Electronics department, whereby I executed product testing, inspection and granting of certification. I was able to reduce the status quo turn-around-time for my projects and this made room for opportunities that resulted in higher customer satisfaction and revenue. I was also involved in team-based projects such as, MRT platforms (Touch Voltage) measurements conducted at various stations that were about to be launched. Having participated and competed in many team-based sports throughout my youth, TÜV SÜD PSB also presented me with an opportunity to organise a team-building event that was executed successfully with positive responses. My early career involved me working as a Production Technician at Kulicke & Soffa. The Singapore facility is the key plant for Wire, Die and Wedge Bonder Engineering & Manufacturing. Within just a year as a production technician, I was skilled and certified in three out of four stations of the production line.From my working experiences, I have gained an interest in Business, Sales, and CRM. With this, coupled with a strong thirst for knowledge and a desire for self-enhancement, I took the challenge to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and managed to achieve distinctions in a number of modules.
