We want to help more people obtain beautiful homes without forgoing quality, function and design. We asked some of the leading Swedish architects if they would be interested in designing homes for us. We currently have 11 houses in our gallery. The eleven classics of the future were designed by Thomas Sandell, Claesson Koivisto Rune,Tham & Videgård Hansson and Gert Wingårdh.In three years the turnover was 100 Mkr, the brand was establish and well known. All Swedish interior design magazines had done several reportage in our house. This without any venture capital or marketing budget, just self-financed.

Started up a new business unit at JM, Smart Living was Integration of new technique in the living environment. This was the first full-scale project with real costumers in the world, 6 single houses and 127 apartments was build.
