I am working as a Business Analyst at MTG Tech, the technical development, innovation and support organization within The Modern Times Group (MTG). As a Business analyst I have mainly been working with projects to replace and improve the billing and provisioning system for Viasat in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. I am also driving the initiative of improving processes and way of working with and prioritizing requirements. I am coaching different teams to write requirements in a disciplined and structured way using systems that enables traceability from processes to requirements to solutions to test cases and issues found during testing. I am a key resource during the test phase where I am helping the test team with creating test plans, agile scrum boards and workflows in JIRA, and making sure all requirements are tested properly. I usually take on the toughest test cases.The development of the system is done by a company located in Cyprus and the Viasat offices are located in different countries, so it has been a challenge to get all team members to get the same view of what we want to achieve and how the proposed solution will actually work. This has forced me to developed strong communication skills and Im often using models, flowcharts and screenshots to pinpoint and visualize specific issues.When I started at MTG the only tools for documenting requirements and test results were Word and Excel and a common folder on a server. I took the initiative to introduce the Atlassian suit with JIRA, Confluence, and Stash/Bitbucket into the organization. As a system administrator and super user for those tools I have managed to spread the use within MTG, and today more and more companies of MTG is using them to keep track of issues, documentation and code.

Managing all development projects done for Bahnhof by the Ukrainian company KN-Telecom Ukraine.As a project manager I improved the structure and functions for all Bahnhofs and Nic.STs websites between 2005 and 2011 to comply with the needs of the business and its customers. As a project manager I successfully applied for money from SIDA/NUTEKs Start East program when Bahnhof started up their business in Ukraine. As a project manager I greatly improved the internal communication by implementing Bahnhofs intranet based on Atlassian products.
