My role primarily focuses on leading and formalizing the interaction design team, defining roles, responsibilities and instituting a clear process workflow. Developing a culture of contribution in order to promote department cross-pollination.Actively participating in the discovery & ideation phases through intuition, research, strategy, prototyping, testing, rinsing & repeating.Last but not least, interfacing with organizations to present and advise them towards the most adequate offering. I then drive their digital transformation across specific digital channels.

Served as a mast to the traditional creative team to define the creative vision, mentor, inspire and advocate junior/intermediate staff on innovation, interaction, experience design, and best practices from concept through delivery. Worked with senior management across 3 offices to grow new business and client acquisitions. Shaped a disruptive hospitality booking engine called Bookwize and its client-centric counterpart, Hotelwize. Built Athens' International airport digital ecosystem ranging from the app to web & B2B portals to physical touchscreen info points. I was also involved in multiple large-scale projects in the Banking, Medical, Hospitality, Insurance and Naval industries.

Diplomates is a creative studio based in Paris that specializes in spatial & exhibition design by blurring the lines of architecture, design, and visual art. During the pre-production phases, I assisted the creative director in researching and developing strategies on how to acquire clients through bespoke, site-specific installations proposals. While in production, I managed and scheduled large contractor teams with an undivided focus on ad-hoc problem solving, strict budget monitoring, and prioritization.I led productions for the Dover Street Market, Adam Kimmel, Bernard Willhelm, Van Cleef & Arpels, Cacharel, Band of outsiders, Damir Doma, Gabrielle Greiss, Julien David, Steffie Christiaens.

Involved in all decision making, design, new business and production aspects of the company since its launch in 2008. Managed a team of up to 8, helped towards excellent delivery deadlines and out-sourced alongside several advertisement firms, tv stations etc… Our main focus was developing Corporate Identity systems by combining User Interfaces, Motion Graphics & 3D animation.Our list of clients included OMMA (Athens Concert Hall), Epidaurus Festival, Nike SB, Korres Natural Products, MTV Greece, Stage Design Office, Filmiki Productions, Edgar Entertainment amongst others.

I was involved in all decision making, buying, design, retail and had the opportunity to establish first-hand knowledge on sales, retail design, merchandising, customer expectations regarding street fashion apparel, customer service, and overall people skills.

Hired as the main photo editor, I served as a liaison with editors-at-large ensuring all illustrative and fashion editorial contents were obtained, organized and up to standards for the creative and production teams. I learned how to work in a fast-paced environment, how to handle large amounts of data, automation, filing, folder structure etc...

An Internship that resulted in my first-ever paid job. Was in charge of press acquisition through various mediums. I also kept all models portfolio up to date and was in charge of dispatch throughout fashion week.
