• Create, implement, develop and manage Project Management Framework (PMF) (project initiation, scoping, team, budget, timeline, status reporting, communication, follow ups, post implementation review, etc.) in alignment.
• Manage projects in line with PMF guidelines as well as coach organization to do so;
• Perform projects cost/ benefits analysis before start up of projects and after their implementation;
