My aim is to create functional workgroups in which the staff dares to be creative and develop their skills and expertise while the business goals are met – in short: groups where it's fun and challenging to work!Over the past ten years, I have had senior positions in several different IT areas. Currently within business support; application development, system management and project managment. But I have also worked with general IT and the IT-workplace. My roles have been everything from CIO to project manager.I enjoy working with others and with activities that allows me to take initiatives, but governed by clear strategies and goals. I want to be involved when the problems are pinned down, when working up the solution and while the work is being done.Former managers have described me as enterprising, one who quickly goes into action and with high problem solving ability. Former colleagues have valued my interpersonal skills, my analytical ability and my mind and character development. I have also been described as a good listener with diplomatic qualities and I possess the ability to summarize the common denominators in discussions where there are many stakeholders.My academic training in education with a focus on IT, multimedia and cognitive science have provided me with both an behavioral and technical theory-base where human values always comes first – as well users of IT or as co-workers.
