I earned my Master of Science degree in Economics (Major: Organization and Management ) in 2017 in addition to my previous Master of Art degree in Musicology from 2012. Both of my master's degrees are from Åbo Akademi University with extended minors in international marketing and business. My studies included one extended internship abroad and one domestic. Both internships were in the cultural sector: The Finnish Cultural Institute in Denmark and Sibeliusmuseum in Finland. During my studies I worked extensively with music and culture as a project and organization coordinator, which inspired me to venture into the cultural industry as an entrepreneur. After my Master of Art degree I worked on several start-up projects related to Nordic cultural cooperation in the arts, which I then left on hold during my paternity leave. After the paternity leave I decided to add a Master's Degree in Organization and Management to broaden my expertise in organizational theory with focus on organizational culture and institutions. Since then I moved to Sweden to work in situation that require international communication within fields such as sales, development of technical services, strategizing and organization.
