I worked in the SEO team, and my main job was to improve the website performance and create solutions that help the other members of the team and anyone who creates page. Some of the projects that I worked on are:- Flask app that automates the site analyses, scraping the page with Python and using NLP and Machine Learning to extract the Key-words and integrate to a Lambda API that connects with ChatGPT and creates optimized content for new elements and also makes deeper analyses of some elements of the page.- Report automation, also made with Python, I automated some reports to Directors about the site with SEO analyses and performance information.I also worked for around one year and a half and was responsible for the new Renegotiation product. In this project, I was responsible for:- Migration of the old portal to the new one;- Growth Hacking- SEO- CRO and AB tests- FrontEnd - Improve performance- Tracking the data- Migration from GA Universal to GA4- And all the technical things that involve the site.

I was responsible for the technical part of the migration from the old debt renegotiation platform to the new one, keeping the analytics tools and users without impacts.I was also responsible for the growth of the new platform, optimizing the SEO of the non-logged-in part, as well as CRO and Performance improvements.I also worked for around one year and a half and was responsible for the new Renegotiation product. I was responsible for the Digital Growth, managing some projects like:- Report automation with Python;- FrontEnd development;- Creating a tool to track the leads, from the Landing Page until the conversion;- New website from scratch, from the Figma prototype until the deployment, and then improving, SEO, CRO, UX/UI, and performance;- Developing Landing Pages integrated with Inbound tools and other Digital Marketing tools; - Planning and Managing Digital Marketing Campaigns, Ads and E-mail marketing;

I was responsible for the Developers and Growth teams, planning and creating solutions that improve the e-commerce performance. In this period we proudly increased the revenue three times and turned into one of the biggest fashion e-commerce in Brazil in Organic traffic.The Developers team was composed of 2 developers, one UX/UI, and a third-party agency. The Growth team was composed of SEO, E-mail Marketing, Web Writer, PR, Data Analytics, and some trainees. Some of my job requirements were:- Managing the team's activities;- Managing the Development and Growth projects;- Python reports and automation;- Full Stak development;- Digital transformation projects together with Startups and the Innovation Hub.- Control and report of OKRs and main KPIs, creating reports with Data Studio, Python, SQL, and Spreadsheets.

Initially, I worked on making optimizations and corrections in the platform, and for the implementation of several external tools, like Salesforce, Search, Recommendation, and some others.Some of the things that I did were:- Development of pages and components;- Development of FAQ;- Blog development;- CRO and AB tests;- Performance improvements;- SEO adjustments and improvements on the Vtex platform;- Monitoring of SEO tools - Google Search Console, SEMRush, and Google Analytics;- Monitoring of E-commerce Results, following OKR methodology;- Implementation of tools such as Salesforce, SmartHint, Droz, SmartNX, and Zendesk;- Usability and User Experience Improvements;- Inbound Marketing Strategies.

I was responsible for creating and managing the website, and the Digital Marketing campaigns of the colleges. Working with the agency and Facebook account manager, as well as analyzing the website performance and SEO optimization. I was also responsible for web development, programming, and managing website development projects, intranet, and other network projects. I was responsible for managing web and application development projects, in addition to planning and creating all the visual identity and digital marketing planning of an app, I also worked as a programmer on a large project for the company Bionexo in São Paulo. Among the activities I performed are:- Application Development and Digital Marketing Plan- App visual identity creation- App Digital Marketing Planning- App Market Planning- Web-version development- Integration with payment tools and system- Project management and activities.Project management- Managed the development of an invoice management system and integrated it with another company's system that made the advance of amounts;- Presentation of the project to the final client and definition of sprints;- System adjustments and development.Web Systems Development- System development in MVC standard PHP for Bionexo hospital ERP tool;- Scrum, Git and Bitbucket, Redis, Javascript OO ECMA6, Bootstrap 4, and Laravel.

I worked as a freelancer developing and managing digital marketing campaigns and SEO optimizations, I also developed websites using WordPress and web systems, in addition, I was incubated at the Technological Park developing a Startup that was an e-commerce platform integrated with a digital marketing platform. Among the activities I performed are:- Planning Digital Marketing Campaigns;- Inbound Marketing Planning;- SEO planning;- Website development, WordPress templates, and Virtual Stores.

I carried out activities according to the project, where I had the opportunity to work in several areas, from project management and team to changing computers of Jhonson&Jhonson employees both in Brazil and abroad, I also worked on the intranet of the São José dos Campos unit and evaluation of Engineering project compliance. Among the activities I performed were:- Analysis/Control of SDLC project documentation;- Computer delivery project management, coordinating a team of analysts in Argentina, Chile, and Brazil, in addition to training analysts;- Management of Johnson and Johnson's internal portal, updating news and files;- Automation of processes performed in Excel, both for internal and external customers.

I was responsible for analyzing e-commerce KPI's and digital marketing campaigns, as well as implementing new tools for sales growth. Among the activities I performed are:- Creation, monitoring, and optimization of Email Marketing;- Performance optimization in Price Comparators;- Campaign Management on Google Adwords;- E-commerce performance analysis;- Implementation of tools and services on the VTEX platform.
