Founded Learnlink at NTNU in 2016 to digitalize the tutoring market. Led the company to help 5000 students learn mathematics and coding and provide part-time jobs for 1000+ university students by 2022. In 2021, Learnlink had 18 employees, 350 tutors, and 2000 customers, generating 13 MNOK in yearly revenues.I'm involved in every aspect of the business: Product development from scratch to growth for two consumer products. Deploying a wide range of marketing strategies. Recruiting and managing employees. Long-term strategy and day-to-day execution. Fundraising. We have been through rapid growth (3x per year) but also difficult periods with downscaling and negative growth. Main achievements: the transformation from at-home to 100% online tutoring, winning the Angel Challenge, and launching Norway's first organized digital kids' activity with our coding courses.
