In the role as an intern I quickly proved that I could add significant value to the company eventually resulting that I became hired when I finished my internship. I was hired to fill in a sales role cold calling estate agent, but developed a more efficient system targeting and emailing a specific segment of estate agents. The players were all Spanish meaning that the coaching was carried out on Spanish. The players developed a lot while both in terms of their social behaviour and their tactical understanding. I was also referee at the Academy in charge of senior matches.

My main responsibility was coaching, but I took also care of organizational matters such as arranging transport to away matches and social activities. Maribo Boldklub is a small football club with emphasize on the development of the young players.
