As a Team Manager I had a team consisting of 10 employees; Consultant Managers, Recruitment Consultants and Consultant Manager Assistants.The role as Team Manager involves:- Lead and coach the team members in the daily business to increase efficiency and develop each team member in their roles. - Other responsibilities includes; to coordinate the resources in the team, follow up the performance based on our KPIs (both individual and for the team), share best practice, give the team help and support and onboard new team members.
