During my role as “Onsite Support Engineer” for Cegeka, I carried out the following responsibility’s for major publishers Concentra Media & Mediahuis:- Focus on 2nd and 3nd line support – in the system, hardware and network domain;- User, Service & System Administration related to systems such as MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, Microsoft Server Systems.

During this period I have supported the system engineers with the daily tasks. Edited some scripts with software updates, helped with the management of SCCM (first contact with this software), I have also installed any Windows Server for testing,...The main task/project was the migration of all workstation from ATV ( Antwerpse televisie) to our domain.
