During a 2 months interim assignment I was responsible for setting up the daily business of a new IQOS Store and perform all duties of a Store Manager:• Implement global design and SOP guidelines during store opening• Hire a team of 3 sales representatives• Coach and lead the team towards store KPIs• Evaluate and implement action plan to improve KPI performance

Throughout this internship I was simultaneously working for three teams. • The Treasury team, where I was responsible for rebalancing accounts between Partners Group and companies within their portfolios. • The Portfolio Management team, where I generated weekly KPI reports of various portfolios.• The Listed team, where I reviewed companies that potentially would match some portfolios and extracted corresponding analysis reports from Bloomberg.
