Improving efficency and quality in daily processes for our clients by using technology for mobility, identification and marking. Main focus for business is logistics processes in warehouse and production operations but also covering mobile applications for field services, facility management, inventory management etc.

I am responsible for Manhattan Associates business in the Scandinavian market, best of breed software for logistics execution- developed for complex operations in retail, e-com, 3PL etc. Initially my role was to develop a local strategy to contract new clients for Supply Chain Software. The first years was an interesting journey on a market were local actors are well established and competition is hard before having the needed local footprint. In my daily work I’m involved in discussions with clients for operations/process development, gathering of data (requirements etc.), answers to client RFI/RFQ, solution design, building business case, contract negotiation, sales execution etc..Manhattan software products are well established on a global market but new in the Scandinavian landscape. I’ve been leading the team and the process from an initial contact (sales phase) to a signed contract. During implementation I’ve supported the client and implementation team. This have been successfully done with several clients and all clients are acting as ambassadors/references for Idnet/Manhattan today.

My main area of responsibility was to develop businesses with new and existing customers with focus on larger corporations. My portfolio/offer to the clients have been IT related products combined with services. During these years I was responsible for e.g. a new mobile shop floor solution for Kappahl and introduction (implementation) of Pick by Voice solution for Jula’s DC in Skara. Other Key Accounts worth of mentioning is H&M, Volvo Group and Husqvarna (sales based on system solutions and mobility hardware for store, warehouse and production logistics).
