Within the Software Development department, my responsibilities were to develop and grow my business unit of junior to experienced software developers, who were placed as consultants within my customer base, which included acquisition of new customers and account management of SME’s and large corporations, such as banks, insurances, eHealth and digital startups.A focus was put on the following technologies:Java (J2EE) ecosystem & .NET (C#) ecosystem*Back-end development in particular / Front-end was a plus.Besides implementing the HR strategy from A to Z, I have also successfully negotiated more encompassing ‘framework agreements’ with several partner companies, which had elaborate legal phrasing covering activity restrictions and fines in case of breach, reaching favourable terms for our company after months of negotiations and executive approval.
