Manage Commercial/Multifamily and residential solar installations pipeline.  Track the entire process for commercial and residential solar installation from beginning to end.  Oversee the Commercial and Residential Project Managers department to ensure all information required to complete the designs was collected at the time of the site surveys.  Working closely with the design team to ensure all designs and electrical calculations for all commercial and residential projects are complete according to the national, state building, and electrical regulations to ensure a fast permit process.  Work with the logistics department to ensure all materials arrive before the installation date.  Revise commercial project cost estimates to ensure the cost will put us in a good place for bidding on new potential projects.  Work with the Outreach department to ensure the best experience for the customers.  Manage a team of 20+ staff including Senior installers, Commercial and Residential Project Managers, Designers, and Warehouse.  Work together with the Safety Manager to ensure that all projects will be accident-free.  Oversee and work closely with the Construction Training Specialist to develop a training program for about 70 trainees per year  Build new relations with new potation sub-contractors.

 Responsible for technical, safety and quality aspects of all in-house installation including residential, multi-family and commercial projects.  Train and manage all construction and PM staff including solar installation supervisors, construction coordinators, project managers and logistic staff.  Site visit potential commercial project needed for bidding, design, and contract negotiations.  Review designs for compliance with GRID Alternatives design and installation standards.  Collaborate with Multifamily Project Management and Multifamily Development  Manager to complete all large-scale projects.

Responsible for project commercial and residential electric and PV blueprints design, calculated materials for PV installations, run commercial and residential projects to make sure everything is completed on time.

Responsible for commercial and residential roof and ground mount solar installation, layout, and installation of racking and solar panels, conduit, and wire run, installation of PV inverter and connection to the grid, installation of main electrical service from 200amp up to 2000Amp main panels, conduit bend from 1/2” to 5” EMT and Ridge conduit, house rewire, commercial and residential electrical troubleshooting, knowledge and reading blueprints.
