• I provide integrated application programming interface solutions that enhanced clients’ tools and workflows in Global Trade Management software solutions and implementation including adjustments to configuration, data management with SQL and review of interfaces for the correct flowing of data from the client ERP system and Thomson Reuters system.• I manage, schedule and review tasks of the projects assigned based on a Statement of Work to complete the project on time and under budget.• I work internally with various departments of the company to ensure customer satisfaction; this includes IT departments and Principal Consultants to troubleshoot issues related to configuration of each partner.• I perform interactive training sessions for clients on Global Trade modules. • I review clients’ policies, government policies to ensure compliance during implementation, this includes calls with customers, subject matter expert reviews and all people involved to give the customer the best possible solution to issues presented during the software implementation.
