Working on Net Insight's live OTT product Sye that provides the technology to stream ultra-low latency live video synchronously to multiple devices across the web.I work on the application that provides the infrastructure, redundancy and scaling required to run a global, scalable and highly available live video streaming service built using Docker, Node.js and a microservices architecture.

Was the architect/lead engineer for the Core Team at Field Nation. Focused on refactoring and building the foundational infrastructure of their software in order to meet the demands of their growing business. I worked closely with DevOps and the other engineering leads to further their technical vision. Helped drive their move from a monolithic LAMP application to microservices with Node.js, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Docker and Kubernetes running on AWS.

Lead a product team for a Google Cloud Platform application using a python API, PHP Zend Framework application, an AngularJS client, a Node.js application and a Chrome extension. Handled requirements gathering, technology direction, architecture, devops, team management, stakeholder management, project management and development.

Created and managed teams of 6 Development Managers and 8 Principal Software Engineers to support best practices, hiring, company growth and performance management for 180 developers across offices in multiple cities while the company nearly doubled in size each year. Collaborated across departments to set and meet strategic company goals.
