As a BI Supervisor at Sicoob, I use data to drive business decisions and develop solutions for the credit union's products and services. With my MBA in Analytical Marketing and Postgraduate Degree in Data Modeling/Storage and Database Administration from UNOPAR, I have the skills and knowledge to create useful tools and reports using Excel, Power BI, PowerQuery, IBM Cognos, and other tools. I have been working in the financial services market since I was 16, starting as a trainee and moving up to a member service representative, where I assisted with sales and post-sales of various products, such as cards, insurances, private pension, and foreign exchange. I also conducted training for employees and provided technical support for Sicoob's self-service and technological channels. My goal is to leverage the union's products and services, including pricing of credit lines, targeted product offerings, ERP integrations, and APIs for union members. I also oversee and analyze the database to identify market opportunities and threats, and provide information and solutions to the senior management of the union. I strive to streamline employees' daily tasks and measure their performance, using process improvement and Microsoft Power Query skills. I am passionate about data analysis, business intelligence, and the cooperative principles.
