Community Program Manager, Event Operations Manager
Current- Volunteer Program Leadership: Direct a large-scale volunteer program, recruiting, training and managing 50-600+ volunteers per event. Cultivate long-term relationships with members: create a growth-oriented culture to enrich member's lives, enhance engagement and increase retention. Successfully manage the integration of volunteers into event operations, maximizing their impact on event success.- Leadership in High-Impact Event Operations and Production: Drive the successful execution of multi-day, high-energy, in-person and virtual events for audiences ranging from 2500 to 30,000 participants. - Orchestrate event operations: stage and room setup, coordinating tasks among all teams at the event, including audio, video, lighting, music, graphics, ushers, security, and speakers. Implement proactive solutions and ensure swift resolution of issues. - Lead elite-level international trips for the Platinum Partnership group, Tony’s most exclusive members.
