About:I am a Technical Marketing Engineer for Cisco's Enterprise Networking Business Unit. As the author of four SD-Access Cisco Validated Designs (CVDs), I simplify complex technical components into consumable and digestible solution guides that are both easy to understand and easy to deploy. Through customer interlocks, solution evangelization, and enablement through my published CVDs, I am driving the design architecture and modalities for SD-Access and Cisco DNA-ready deployments. I am deeply involved in the development of the SD-Access Application within Cisco DNA Center with a specific focus on the User Interface and resulting User Experience. I have meticulously designed workflows, interactions, texts, and iconography while pouring over every word and image on the screen. My intense focus on UI micro-interactions in concert with the holistic overall design have built an available, consumable, and extensible bridge between the networking tool and the end user working with that tool. I have been working with Cisco solutions for over seven years. I have directly supported the Cisco SD-Access solution since 2017.
